Our entry-level offer with no monthly subscription. We earn only on the income we generate for you — zero financial risk to get started.

The Essential Pack allows a property owner to entrust us with the management of their property without any financial risk. No monthly subscription — we earn only on the revenue generated, between 10 and 12% depending on the state of the listing at the outset.

In practice, we take care of everything that requires time and expertise: creating or optimising the listing, full communication with guests before, during and after the stay, and personalised welcome at every check-in and check-out. We are the single point of contact — the owner no longer receives any messages at 11pm.

The Listing
Creation or optimisation on Airbnb, Booking. Writing the copy, selecting photos, rate positioning and all the details that make a listing outperform the competition.

Guest Communication
Full management of all exchanges — booking requests, pre-arrival questions, messages during the stay and post-departure reviews. The owner never touches their phone for this.

Check-in & Check-out
Personalised in-person welcome at every arrival, property tour, key handover. At departure, inspection of the property and key collection.

Incident Management
Single point of contact in case of any issue during the stay — whether a practical question or a more complex situation. We handle it; the owner is not involved.

Technical Responsibilities
In case of a property-related breakdown, we contact the owner and coordinate. If it is due to guest behaviour, we deal directly with the guest — clear rules, no ambiguity.
